1. Warranty Duration

Every device purchased from Remobile comes with a 24-month commercial warranty (Händlergarantie) starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty includes a brand-new battery, fully covered for the same 24-month period. With Remobile, customers always receive 24 months of total coverage.


2. What the Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers hardware and functional defects that prevent your device from performing as intended under normal use. This includes:

  • Mainboard and internal electronics (CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, connectivity chips).

  • Battery – supplied new, with guaranteed performance for 24 months.

  • Display – malfunctions (e.g., dead pixels, non-responsiveness, unprompted flickering).

  • Cameras and sensors – failure under normal use.

  • Speakers, microphone, vibration motor – covered against functional failure.

  • Buttons, ports, connectors – covered if they stop working under normal usage.

  • Software functionality – if the device cannot update or operate due to an internal hardware fault.

If your device develops any of these issues within 24 months, we will repair, replace, or refund your device at no additional cost.


4. Exclusions (Not Covered)

To comply with EU law and industry standards, the following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Accidental damage: cracks, dents, scratches, water or oxidation damage

  • Unauthorized repairs: any modification or work done by third parties without approval

  • Software tampering: jailbreaking, rooting, or installing unofficial firmware

  • Cosmetic wear: minor scratches or normal signs of use

  • Misuse or negligence: mishandling or improper storage

  • Lost or stolen devices

  • Removed or altered serial/IMEI numbers

⚠️ Note: EU law covers defects existing at delivery. Our warranty goes beyond that — but intentional damage or unauthorized modifications are not included.


4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

    • If the claim is eligible, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for the safe return of the device.

  4. Inspection by Technicians

    • On arrival, our specialists will test the device.

    • If the issue is confirmed and covered under warranty, we will proceed to repair, replacement, or refund.

  5. Resolution

    • Repair: Your device is fixed and returned (with a new warranty for the specific repair).

    • Replacement: An equivalent or better device is provided.

    • Refund: A full or partial refund is issued, depending on the case.


5. Timeline

  • Acknowledgement: Within 24 hours of your claim.

  • Return label: Sent immediately if eligible.

  • Inspection: Usually within 48 hours of us receiving the device.

  • Resolution: Completed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds: Processed within 3 business days after inspection approval.


6. Costs

All warranty claims are 100% free.

  • Shipping (to and from our service center) is always covered by Remobile.


7. German & EU Consumer Rights (Statutory Warranty)

In addition to Remobile’s commercial warranty, customers are protected by EU statutory rights, including:

  • A 2-year legal guarantee of conformity

  • The right to repair, replacement, or refund for any defect existing at delivery
