1. Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: 1 business day

  • All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET, or on weekends/public holidays, are processed the next business day.

  • During this time, we perform final quality checks, secure packaging, and prepare handover to our courier partners.

 

2. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • Carriers we use: DHL, UPS, and other reliable national carriers.

  • Tracking: All shipments include a tracking number, sent via email once your order is dispatched.

  • You can monitor your shipment in real-time using the provided tracking link.

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Germany (domestic delivery): 3–4 business days

  • EU & EEA countries: 2–5 business days (typical, depending on destination)

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping: All orders within Germany enjoy free standard shipping.

  • For other EU destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, service level, and carrier.

 

5. Packaging Standards

  • Each device is shipped in protective packaging designed to prevent damage during transit.

  • Packaging includes cushioning, a secure box, and a tamper-evident seal.

  • For returns, please use the original box, or equivalent sturdy packaging with adequate cushioning.

 

6. Timeframes & Expectations

  • Order acknowledgement: Immediately via email

  • Handling & dispatch: 1 business day

  • Shipping & delivery (Germany): 3–4 business days

  • Tracking notification: Sent within 24 hours of dispatch

  • Report DOA / transit damage: Within 24–48 hours for fastest resolution

  • Carrier investigation (if needed): Acknowledged within ~30 days; resolution may take longer for complex cases

 

7. DOA or Transit Damage

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or the device is non-functional, please report it within 24–48 hours.

  • Early reporting ensures priority handling, including replacement or refund after verification.
