At Remobile, we make it easy for you to track your order every step of the way. Use the information below to stay updated on your parcel’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

 

📍 Overview — What Tracking Provides

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link and number
so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Track your order:
 Your Account → Orders on remobile.eu

Parcel status:
 Processing → Shipped → In Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered

You can also:
 • Share tracking info
 • Open a claim if the parcel is lost or damaged

 

🔗 Where to Find Your Tracking Information

  • Email & SMS:
     Shipping confirmation includes the carrier name and Track & Trace link.

  • Remobile Account:
     Log in → Orders → select order → “Show Details” or “Track Order.”

  • Carrier Website:
     Use the provided tracking number on the carrier page (e.g., DHL, UPS).

 

⏱️ Typical Tracking Statuses

  • Order Confirmed:
     Order and payment received.

  • Preparing / Processing:
     Warehouse is picking and packing your item.

  • Shipped / Dispatched:
     Parcel has left the warehouse; tracking link sent (may take up to 24 hours to activate).

  • In Transit:
     Package is moving through the carrier network.

  • Out for Delivery:
     Local courier will deliver today.

  • Delivered:
     Parcel delivered (check signature proof or photo where available).

  • Returned / Exception:
     Could not deliver; contact support.

 

❗ If Tracking Doesn’t Work

Wait up to 24 hours:
 Carrier updates can be delayed.

Check details:
 Re-check the email and tracking number for copy/paste errors.

Still invalid:
 Contact support@remobile.eu with your order number to open a carrier investigation.

 

🕵️ Delivered but Not Received

  • Check tracking proof:
     Check photo/signature in your account.

  • Check around your delivery address:
     Porch, neighbour, building reception.

  • If not found:
     Contact us within 48 hours so we can open a carrier investigation.

  • Shipping label provided by Remobile:
     We handle the claim for you.

 

🔍 Lost / Delayed Parcels & Carrier Investigations

  • If tracking stops updating or the parcel is missing, we open an investigation immediately.

  • Turnaround depends on the carrier and case complexity; resolution may take several weeks.

  • We keep you updated and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

 

💥 Transit Damage / DOA (Dead on Arrival)

  • Report within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and device.

  • DOA or transit damage cases are prioritized for fast exchange or refund.

 

🔄 How Tracking Ties to Returns & Warranty Claims

  • Prepaid Return Labels:
     Returns (60-day) and approved warranty claims include tracking.

  • Proof of Posting & Delivery:
     Tracked returns speed up inspections, refunds, and repairs.

  • Trade-ins & Device Buybacks:
     Tracking included to monitor shipment to our refurbishment centre.

 

✏️ Change Delivery Address / Intercept a Parcel

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, you can cancel or update the delivery address via your account or support.

  • If already with the carrier, we’ll attempt an intercept (success depends on parcel status).

  • If intercept fails, return the item under our 60-day returns policy.

 

📌 Shipping & Delivery in Germany

  • Handling time: 1 business day

  • Shipping & Delivery: 3–4 business days

  • Shipping Cost: Free for Germany orders

 

🔔 Notifications You Receive

  • Order confirmation: Order number + estimated dispatch date

  • Shipping confirmation: Carrier + tracking link

  • Delivery confirmation: Tracking shows delivered

  • Return label & return tracking: If applicable
