Simply browse our catalog at remobile.eu, select the device you want, choose the condition and accessories, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely with major credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other EU-supported payment methods.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, the device may have already been processed for shipping, and cancellation might not be possible. Contact support@remobile.eu immediately.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also log in to your account on remobile.eu to check status updates.

Yes. We ship across Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the country. Delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Standard EU shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Delivery time may vary by country and local customs.

We partner with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, and local postal services, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we provide a tracking number via email and your account dashboard.

Currently, we ship only within the European Union. International shipping outside the EU may be considered in the future.

We offer a 60-day change-of-mind return policy in addition to the EU statutory rights. You can return a device within 60 days for any reason, provided it is in reasonably good condition and includes all accessories.

Visit our returns portal at remobile.eu/returns or email support@remobile.eu with your order number, device IMEI/serial, and reason for return. You will receive an RMA and a prepaid return label if applicable.

1. Back up all personal data. 2. Remove SIM and memory cards. 3. Disable activation locks (e.g., Find My / Activation Lock). 4. Factory reset the device. 5. Pack the device securely, preferably in the original packaging, and attach the RMA label.

If a returned device shows damage beyond normal inspection use or is missing accessories, we may deduct a reasonable amount to reflect diminished value. Any deduction will be clearly itemised.

Once we receive and inspect your returned device, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

For warranty-covered returns, Remobile provides prepaid return labels. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be at the customer’s expense unless stated otherwise at checkout.

● 24-month commercial warranty for devices sold with a new battery. ● 12-month commercial warranty for accessories unless otherwise stated. ● EU statutory rights also apply (minimum 2-year legal guarantee).

The warranty covers: ● Manufacturing or reconditioning defects affecting normal use. ● Battery faults on devices sold with a new battery.

Exclusions include: ● Accidental damage (drops, cracks). ● Liquid ingress caused by misuse. ● Cosmetic wear that does not affect function. ● Unauthorized repairs or third-party components. ● Software issues caused by apps, jailbreaks, or firmware modifications. ● Theft or loss. ● Normal battery ageing (gradual capacity decline).

Submit a claim at remobile.eu/returns or email support@remobile.eu with: ● Order number ● Device model & IMEI/serial ● Description of the fault ● Photos or video (if relevant) We will acknowledge your request within 24–48 hours and provide next steps (repair, replacement, or refund if covered).

No. Unauthorized repairs typically void the warranty. Always contact Remobile first.

Devices that cannot be repaired will be replaced if covered under warranty, or refunded (partial/full) depending on evaluation. Non-repairable devices are responsibly recycled.

All devices are securely wiped using industry-standard procedures before resale. Returned devices are fully factory-reset before evaluation.
