At Remobile, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished devices. We are committed to your satisfaction, which is why we offer one of the most customer-friendly policies in Europe: a generous 60-day return period and a robust 24-month warranty that includes a brand new battery.
1. Your 60-Day Right of Return & Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have a legal 14-day "right of withdrawal" for online purchases. We proudly extend this period to 60 days from the day you receive your order.
- Change of Mind: You can return your device for any reason within this 60-day window.
- Condition: The device must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, including all original accessories, packaging, and documentation.
- Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service team to get a Returns Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
2. Our Comprehensive 24-Month Warranty
Every Remobile device is protected by a 24-month warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered?
- All internal components (logic board, memory, cameras, sensors, etc.).
- Screen and display functionality (e.g., unresponsive touchscreen, display anomalies).
- A brand new battery, covered for the full 24 months. We guarantee it will perform to a high standard throughout the warranty period.
What’s Not Covered? (Examples)
- Accidental damage: This includes cracked screens, liquid damage, or damage from drops.
- Cosmetic wear and tear: Minor scratches or scuffs that do not impact the phone's core functionality.
- Theft or loss of the device.
- Software issues not related to hardware (e.g., software you install after purchase, OS updates from Apple/Google).
- Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
If a valid defect occurs, we will, at our discretion, repair your device using high-quality parts, replace it with a device of identical or similar performance, or issue a refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

- For a return: State your order number and reason for return.
- For a warranty claim: Describe the issue in detail. Our team may guide you through basic troubleshooting.
Step 2: Receive Instructions
We will provide you with:
- A unique RMA number.
- The correct shipping address for our warehouse within the EU.
- Further instructions for packaging.
Step 3: Ship Your Device
- Pack the device securely in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Include a note with your name, order number, and RMA number.
- Ship the package using a tracked and insured method. For returns under the right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the cost of standard return shipping.
4. Refund Process
- Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect the returned device within 3-5 business days.
- We will notify you of the inspection results via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately and issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Important Conditions
- Returns without an RMA number will be refused or significantly delayed.
- The device must be in resalable condition. We may refuse a return or deduct a fee from the refund if the product is returned with damage beyond normal inspection, missing components, or signs of misuse.
- For warranty service, the device must not have been tampered with (e.g., no unauthorized repairs or unlocking).
6. Governing Law and EU Consumer Rights
This policy is provided in accordance with Spanish law and does not affect your mandatory statutory rights under European Union consumer protection legislation.
